Floor Sanding

We hired an outside company to come in once the floors were stripped to sand them down and apply a waterbased finish (more environmentally friendly). The guy that came was pretty fun - we spent the last hour frantically scratching off as much of the lead paint that was left before he came - worried that they might not do the sanding. He didn't even look or wear a mask. No questions asked.
